Why can't I see the Sports section of an online newspaper?

more options

Hi! I have the same problem ever since I installed FF, which was at least 3-4 months ago: I cannot see the Sports section of an online newspaper. Two important aspects: 1. This only happens in FF, IE does open it 2. The site in question has a very high reputation, so there's no malware involved.

What can I do? Thanks in advance Cosmin Emanuel

That page loads fine for me, but without an "ad blocker" there is a stupid advertisement floating over the page that makes it impossible to read the page content for over a minute, until it disappears. That floating ad is too tall and the X to close it is up behind the Bookmarks Toolbar on my screen.

If nothing appears for you, try the Firefox Safe Mode to start troubleshooting that issue.

URL for the page where you are having that problem? Hopefully a log in isn't needed for us to check that website out.
