Chosen solution

I still got crashes when playing video so I disable HW acceleration and restart firefox. I haven't gotten any crashes since then. It's really strange because firefox was working fine before with HW acceleration enabled. Maybe firefox or graphic driver updates were the cause, I don't know. This is resolved for now.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Forgot to add; Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

I have run sfc 2 times already. There is no error.

There is new graphic driver update. I just updated and I will see if it fixes my problem.

hi laija, please try this in order to address crashes that might happen during media playback: enter about:config into the firefox address bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up) & search for the preference named media.windows-media-foundation.allow-d3d11-dxva. double-click it and change its value to false.
