There is no customize button. Typing about:config does not yield any results. I can't get any menus without the functions. Need you to fix this.

And, why on earth would you make us have a different for the support site? I've wasted a lot of time, including changing passwords until I just figured it out. I am not happy with mozilla right now. And, now, I see that you're going to post this on a board instead of having someone contact me?

There is no about:config in iOS version of Firefox.

The Firefox for iOS is basically a shell browser as it does not use the same Gecko or JavaScript engines that the desktop and Android Firefox browsers have due to Apple restrictions.

Firefox for iOS articles are at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/search/advanced?q=&language=en-US&product=ios&sortby_documents=relevance&a=1&w=1

Mozilla like many companies with free products does not have the resources to have call centres for one on one support by phone, email or chat, especially since it would be for free.

Besides support.mozilla.org there is the irc.mozilla.org with channels like #sumo, #firefox, #mozillazine. There is the Mozilla newsgroups like https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/forums/#end-user-support and the longtime irunning independent forums.mozillaZine.org forums for additional support.
