My email isnt downloading. It just stopped. says I have emails, none download. other account works

my email: bathomure@gmail.com isn't downloading messages since June 28th. My wives email: kkthomure@gmail.com works fine. It says that I have 29 emails to download, but it never downloads them.

try disabling your email scanning component in your anti virus and rebooting.
