I found how to solve it, but not completely, it is because of KASPERSKY Antivirus when you have installed kaspersky on your computer, it prevents firefox to create profile, and kaspersky thinks Firefox want to make profile, it is like a VIRUS and prevent to make it, if you close KASPERSKY , it would be solved easily,

BUT why, I tested all options and make off options of Kasper but couldn't get result and prevent firefox to create profile.

please know it and tell everybody on your website . thanks a lot for kind cooperation

and please if found a way to Kasper, please let me know, thanks

Firefox uses a file named profiles.ini to register profiles and map them to a file on the hard drive.

You get a message that the profile is missing when the profile that is marked with Default=1 in profiles.ini doesn't exist or otherwise can't be accessed. The normal procedure to recover is to use the Profile Manager to create a new profile or remove the profiles.ini file to force Firefox to create a new profiles.ini and a new default profile (you get the migration wizard).
