Opening a folder from bookmarks in a new tab loads the tabs in the foreground even though browser.tabs.loadBookmarksInBackground is set to true.
Opening a single bookmark with middle click works as intended, the bookmark is loaded in the background due to 'browser.tabs.loadBookmarksInBackground = true'.
However, if I open a folder in new tabs (with middle click of the mouse on the folder), Firefox loads the first page of that folder in the foreground (and the rest obviously in the background). I want Firefox to open all these tabs in the background though, keeping my original active tab. Is there another option I have to change to make that work properly for me?

I'm not sure what you're trying to say.
I don't know if there's an addon that fixes the issue, it's quite specific. It might be a little bug that's rarely an issue. I just use the function of opening whole folder quite regularly, which is why it is annoying to me to straight up jump to the first tab loaded instead of having the whole folder open in the background.
It's Firefox 57.0.2 by the way.
If you want to reproduce the issue, do the following: 1. Set browser.tabs.loadBookmarksInBackground to true 2. create a bookmark in the bookmarks bar 3. create a folder in the bookmarks bar 4. put a bookmark into the created folder 5. middle click the bookmark outside the folder - the bookmark opens in the background 6. middle click the folder (the folder itself, not the bookmark in the folder) - the bookmark opens in the foreground
