While sending a mail save a copy of mail to my own inbox. This is easy way to have all mails in same thread.

When sending new or replying any mail, need to set as default to send a copy of the mail to myself. This way all mails under same subject will be in a single thread and there is no need to go back and forth between sent and inbox mails.

You really want all your messages in one big folder?

You can go to:

Tools|Account Settings|{select account}|Copies & Folders

...where you can set default Cc and Bcc addresses.

I file my messages into folders, organized by subject or sender, using the Copy Sent To Current add-on to decide where to place the sent copy.
