I'm having issues with any email accounts I am creating that most of the folders are not being displayed. Inbox & Spam are present, but nothing else. (such as Sent, Deleted, Drafts, etc).

It is causing issues as every email sent now stalls as there is no folder to save sent messages to. It is IMAP and I have checked to see that I am subscribed, which I am. Also, I have tried Advanced Settings in Server Settings and unticking "Only show subscribed folders" again, no luck. I've also tried deleting the account and then recreating it, but no joy.

All the accounts I have that have been set up for a while are showing fine, with all folders present. On webmail all the folders are present.

Thunderbird version: 52.6.0

usually when imap accounts only show an inbox it is because there is an issue actually connecting to the server to get mails and folders. Are the inbox folders populating with mail?

They are populating on an iPhone using mail, yes. Also on webmail they are all there.

Yes, mail is arriving. But obviously no drafts, sent, deleted are being saved. Mail is being sent out too, but it does stall when saying "sending to sent folder"
