Just began happening. When I click on a video from a website or even going to YouTube, the YouTube site comes up and begins playing then after a few seconds, the audio begins again. There is not another window or browser pane open, just the one that first started playing. Please help.

I've just gone to YouTube and picked some random videos. These are the ones that did NOT start the second time: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M79o2UejYKo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQ1O0YdH54M

And these are the ones that did: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CTNTwJ8h07o https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e7sIvcYmuk0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KObL442PWhQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v7H_Or9Nr5I https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ondQYFBvk6M

I also just noticed that hitting back once will stop one video, but the audio for the second continues ... you just cannot see the video. When you hit back again, it stops the second video and backs up to the previous page.
