Once I open Thunderbird, and click on anything (ie-messages) the page freezes, becomes unresponsive, and will not close?
My company email addresses are not working, as soon as any of my employees opens the Thunderbird application, and clicks on anything, the page immediately becomes unresponsive and freezes. I have contacted our domain provider, and the issue is not on their side. I can see that the accounts are still receiving their emails, it is the Thunderbird application itself that is not allowing us to access or do anything. Any advice?
