hOW DO I USE NAMED ANCHORS? I can define one, but I can't figure out how to put in an item at the top of the message to jump to it.

I want to create an email message that has four topics listed at the top of the message, and a way to jump from them to the details about each topic.

I have inserted a named anchor at the place with the details, I just can't figure out how to put a link or a jump to it.
