improve your scrollbars on windows

Hi I am a front end developer and I am sure that this is not the first time that someone is mentioning this issue. Your browser is a pain in the neck to stay polite. Why can't you provide a way for us to display scrollbars like your friends with Chrome?? Is it that hard for such a small thing.. Thanks to you guys I can waste so much time figuring out how to make a functionality look just decent with your ugly scrollbars. I recommend Chrome to all my users now. Have a not great day.
