How to unmute a website in FireFox? No matter what I do, all other websites work fine, but the audio on one website will not work. Any thoughts, please?

FireFox has permanently muted the xfinity.com website. No matter what channel or item I watch on the website, there is no audio. The video plays with no problem and I can watch Closed Captioning but there is no audio.

Please advise. Thanks.
