hi all :)

can anyone please answer this:

if i enable firefox sync for "open tabs" (the checkbox checked), does that mean being logged in to a site on one device will keep me logged in on my other device?

eg, say im logged in to my amazon account from my macbook. and i don't yet realize that my iphone has been lost/stolen. and i have already enabled sync for open tabs on both devices.' if someone dishonest were to snoop into my phone, they would see the opened amazon tab there-- but would they also see it as if i were actually logged in to this site?

i want to have firefox sync my open tabs, but not the state of being logged in or not. (but if i learned that the actual state of being logged in must sync along with the open tab, then i would disable open tab syncing to protect my security.)

thanks for any help!

As you were searching around, something about your browser (ie: Chrome, Firefox, IE) made us think you were a bot. Here's a few reasons why this may happen:

You're using a browser plugin that's stopping JavaScript from running
You're using a VPN or privacy software often used by attackers
You're moving through this website at super-human speed
