Can't login to PayPal using Firefox for Android

more options

I'm not able to login to PayPal when using Firefox for Android 68.1.1. I get the login page, Lockwise fills in my credentials, I tap on the "Login" button, and... nothing happens. No error message, no nothing. I should be getting a prompt to enter my 2FA code, but I don't. All other links on the PayPal login page are usable and react to a tap, but not the login button. I've disabled my uBlock add-on, but no change. I've tried disabling PayPal's 2FA, no change. Using Chrome on my Android phone works as expected, and no issues on my Win10 laptop using FF 69.0. Not sure what else to try here.
