I get an error message when forwarding or replying to a message
everytime I reply to a message that has more than a few lines of content within it, either replying or forwarding I receive this error message: An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: 552 5.2.0 ESMTP server not available AUP#0-1450. Please check the message and try again.
If go into the message and delete the majority of the thread below my response it will allow me to send. This started about 2 months ago and VERY frustrating. Anyone know how to resolve this?

Does the quoted material you have to delete contain a lot of links or remote content that might trigger anti-spam detectors with the mail provider?
No just general email material and comments
I have even turned off my firewall to make sure it wasn't being blocked by it
I don't think your firewall has any effect, as the error message is returned by the mail server. A quick search shows there are quite a few users with the same problem:
