Hi,

When I click reply to a certain email, the thread below my answer only shows the date and the address/name of the sender for the replied email, not the content of that message (see attached), which can lead to confusion as the receiver of my email might not understand what am I referring to.

Is this affecting ALL replies or just a specific message?

Not to all, but I can't seem to find a common factor for the ones that are affected.

As only the name of sender is shown, it looks like the signature has been preserved. Can you tell us a bit more about what is not shown. For example, is this a new email sent by sender which has never had a reply before? OR did this email contain several conversations; it had been replied to several times?

Have you by any chance, highlighted the signature in the original email content when reading and then clicked on 'Reply'  ?

Do you only have one mail account?

If yes, does that one mail account have any additional identities? So that several email addresses all end up in the one collective mail account.
