When I choose 'Open all in tabs' Firefox opens tabs but won't load the websites.

I have a series of 20 or so webpages that I like to read first thing in the morning. When I open Firefox and click on "Open All in Tabs" it creates a tab for each website, but won't load that website until I select the address bar and press enter. It doesn't happen all the time, but I'd say 95% of the time.

Switched to Microsoft Edge. I don't have this problem there. It's much faster than Firefox and uses less memory anyways.
