Hi, the message appears in place of the web page?

I don't think that's a Firefox message, but could you check whether Firefox is enforcing any policies: Type or paste about:policies in the address bar and press Return to load that internal page. Anything on the "Active" list?

Also, is it a business network where the reference to a system administrator might make sense?
