Hi there,

I don't use Lightning, but in recent Thunderbird versions it is bundled by default and seems unable to be disabled.

For some reason my Gmail calendar invites aren't rendering properly - if you make a change to an invite and leave a note, the note is not visible.

Is there a way to disable the TB parsing of the ICS and just show the original email in html as it used to be displayed?

thanks Matt.

make sure all calendars are deleted, even the local one. This should disable the calendar functions. But I do not know if it will disable the rendering.
