Hi, I've just downloaded Thunderbird on MacOS Catalina. I have added two separate email accounts. I want to be able to see all email in one inbox (not a unified inbox which still sorts into two separate sub-inboxes). I have checked under Account Settings>Server Settings. There is no advanced option under Message Storage which is where I have read the enable global inbox option should be listed.

Can anyone assist? Thank you, Kirsty

Chosen solution

global inbox is only available on POP accounts, so I guess yours are IMAP.

Thank you Matt, you're correct. So I'll just live with unified for now :)
