After the Firefox update, I canNOT access my E-mail. My friend found the answer in Options, but cannot remember what it was. It worked fine for a while, and then it wouldn't open again.

I get to my Home Page for Century Link, click on the E-mail button, and my E-mail won't come up again. I have to use Google Chrome.

Does anyone know what option choice(s) I need to click on to get the E-mail to come up when it won't again from the Home Page of Century Link?

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
