TB has stopped loading messages.

TB has stopped loading messages. All I'm getting is multiple (probably over 40 by now) copies of one message that came in yesterday morning. When I hit "get messages" it says "downloading 38 messages," but then the messages do not show up, not even in trash or junk. I am able to get my messages through aol webmail, but I prefer using TB. I tried uninstalling TB and reinstalling, but it hasn't helped. Help!

Most certainly not the reinstall. A Reboot might have reinitialized your anti virus though.

Hi--Thanks so much for your reply! As it happened, TB started working again on its own. I don't know if it was the uninstall/reinstall that did it, or what, but it's working. Just to make sure, I did what you suggested and deleted the bad message from webmail.
