How do I get my bookmarks tab down the lefthand side of my screen again?

Years ago I set up Firefox with my bookmarks down the left hand side of the screen. I have DOZENS of them. after I closed the vertical window for a screen shot I can't find how to restore them....

You probably mean the bookmarks sidebar that you can toggle via "Ctrl+B".
