in the upper right-hand corner, the minimize, restore down and close symbols are not visible. The functions appear to be there but the graphics are missing. Also, I have the 32-bit version yet I'm running 64-bit OS.

Chosen solution

Disable hardware acceleration in normal mode (Preferences/General/Indexing), then restart TB. If that doesn't work, enable the Default theme, if it isn't already selected, and if that doesn't help, check for an incompatible extension.

Does it look right in safe/troubleshoot mode (hold Shift when launching TB)?

more options

Yes, it does look right. When I hold the Shift key down while launching TB the symbols in the upper righthand corner appear as they would normally.

Launch again in safe mode, 'Reset toolbars & controls', 'Make changes & restart'. Does it now look right in normal mode?

No that did not fix the issue.
