Only my native Russian language is available for spell check, no matter what language packs are installed. I have same problem for a long time on Firefox Browser and Firefox Developer Edition (now on 94.0.1 and 95.0b3 respectively) with different Mozilla Accounts, so I guess problem is platform specific.
