Hello,
PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR means a peer sent reset packets. This means that somewhere along your connection to the website, there was a computer that blocked your request. We can not directly help you here, except to suggest the Firefox Private Network, which gives browser-level protection protects your connection on all Firefox desktop browsers for up to three devices, including Windows, MacOS and Linux at a small fee of $2.99 a month.
Web search; https://www.bing.com/search?q=PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR This simply means, that the peer or some middlebox in between (firewall) is terminating the connection.
There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.
