I am currently using Firefox on a Macbook, and have noticed that under sign in option, I am not presented with the option to use a security key or Touch ID to sign into Microsoft or other Applications.

To Clarify with Windows Firefox, I am able to see the windows hello, or security key option Available just not on MacBooks.

Please advise if Firefox for mac supports Security Key and Touch ID

Well of course you cannot login to Microsoft or any other web-based browser service using Touch ID, what you are asking simply does not exist for the moment, and it's potentially unsafe as well.
