Why Do I always have to press the "Close Firefox" button when re-opening Firefox immediately after closing it? Should automatically close the Firefox Windows processes without asking me first! Is there an option that I missed in Settings that stops this from happening?

All programs need time to finish closing. Some take longer than others. After closing a program, do not try to open it for a slow count of 15. Give or take.
