Can you provide more detail? What email site are you using? Are you getting an error message when you try to download? Post a screenshot of the issue. Not really certain what solved the problem. I tried to shotgun the suggestions and even loaded up Chrome. At some point things got back to normal with Firefox. Could have been an overfull cache.
