I don't have the Use the address bar for search and navigation checked, though I do have the Add a search bar to toolbar enabled, when I am on the Firefox Homepage I have the Web Search turned on, when I try to type something in the homepage search, it automatically redirects the text to the address bar area which is where I want the address bar stuff, not the omnibus search that everyone explodes all over their pants over, so the search area is rendered useless.

Good stuff Terry, we are halfway there, the address bar still does function as a web search bar, I would like it to be exclusively a bar where web and device addresses go, with other input not becoming fruitful when efforted there.

I got the rest from https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1213978, but there are still a couple of issues, the search function is still referenced in the address bar default text that appears prior to any input, also the search engine box still displays when the address bar is being typed into, how do I fix those two consequences.
