more options

Since today, we experience an unusual problem in Mozila Thunderbird. The program ask for the password for the email that is already sign in. And if we enter the password, it ask for the password again. The error is "login to server outlook.office365.com with username failed". Our company need to solve this problem because we use Mozila Thunderbird for over 100 employee.

Thank you!

Hello victor Tudor. We have read your message. We try to help you.

Can you go in the software from Thunderbird? It seems that this message keeps coming back.. Oké you can go into Thunderbird ,you can use your stuff with this program.

This message is still coming up and you want it to be removed. Off course there is no further unlikely situations it is there and doing nothing further then keeps on coming on the screen.

Is this issue when you are going to send a mail?

We can try to use the following

In Thunderbird, click Tools, Account Settings, and in left pane, click "Outgoing Server" Click Edit. Under "Security and Authentication" DESELECT "Use name and password" Click OK and again OK.

Does this changes it in this behavior ?

Greetings Firefox volunteer.
