I'm not sure why a company founded in 1998 still doesn't have a live chat feature and actively try to make already angry customers jump through hoops to get support. Ridiculous.

Yesterday, I had a lot of very important tabs open on Firefox, there was no updates, no crashes, nothing. I simply closed the app and when I wished to resume working later all my tabs were gone. I checked recently deleted or retrieve tabs but nothing. I'm not even upset, I'm sure this was done on purpose to force me to buy Firefox plus or try to get me to spend more of my money. Get it fixed.

Hi Jeff

Support is provided by a volunteer contributor community. There is no such product as Firefox Plus and Firefox is available for no cost across all platforms.

What version number of Firefox for iOS is installed on your device?

So you want Mozilla to spend a LOT of money to provide the call centres that would be required to be able to provide free one on one support by phone, chat or email. All versions of the Firefox web browsers for (desktop) Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile versions for iOS and Android are free to install and use and you can even build Firefox from source yourself for different platforms.

It is generally the paid for applications that can get one on one support because you well paid for it.

Not sure what you are referring to by "Firefox plus" ?
