New hard drive download didn't have Bookmarks or Favorites

I upgraded the hard drive on my computer, first I did a full back up on an external drive. When I reloaded to my new drive, everything transferred fine, except for the bookmarks and favorites on FireFox. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my password and tried to reset it several times but somehow I kept getting messages about the wrong parameters. I don't know if it would help, but I have the original Sync Key from the old drive. Can you please help me? Thank you Monica Almas [email address] or [email address]

Did you capture your Firefox profile in your full backup?

Note that the Firefox profile folder with your personal data is in a hidden location in "AppData\Roaming".
