Hello... I've been having difficulties for the last week or so when I am on the browser. It keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet & I do MANY surveys each day & I get error messages like the one attached for my yahoo email. "Secure Connection Failed" Since when is: yahoo NOT secure??? This also has been happening w/my survey sites.

And many times this past week Mozilla crashes. WTF is goin' on w/your browser??? If this keeps happening I'm going to switch ova to Chrome!

Please advise... Thanks, Denise M Mercuri

You can try to disable DNS over HTTPS.

Are you using a proxy or VPN?

You can check the connection settings.

  • Settings -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings

If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet, select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.

See "Firefox connection settings":
