When I want to scroll up to see the top of a webpage by swiping down, often instead of excelling the page it starts or completes the little circular arrow indicating it is taking my input as a request to refresh the page.

This is infuriating.

I just entered an update which it dumped. Not ok. If it won't accept the input, don't blank the page with a message and delete it.

My God how much human endeavor must be lost by such wastefully paltry lack of capability.

I know we're in 2023 and maybe or day these might be seen to but now I see this I realise it affects vast numbers as does the original input I had crafted which just got dumped.

This will be curt as the original got dumped.

Now the circular arrow spins. Grey when indicating it's interpreting user input as refresh command. Black when indicating it will refresh if finger is lifted off screen.

Please make circular arrow not spin when grey. <Select all. Copy.>
