Hi, this can indicate that a lot of cookies have accumulated, making the cookie header too large. So, try this:

While viewing a page on the site, click the lock icon at the left end of the address bar. After a moment, a "Clear Cookies and Site Data" button should appear at the bottom. Go ahead and click that. Firefox will ask you to confirm; go ahead and confirm.

If you can't load any pages on the site, you can use the "Manage Data" button on the Settings page to remove a single site's cookies:

  • menu button > Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and site data
  • (optional menu bar) Tools > Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and site data

Then return to the site (or reload the sign-in form) and try again. Success?
