When I enter data onto a form -- for example credit card info -- firefox save this info, so when I visit the page again and type in the first number the whole number pops up. Can I diable this? Others use this computer and this is a security issue.

To delete individual items, you just highlight them (using the arrow keys) and press the Delete key: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Form+autocomplete#Deleting_individual_form_entries
You can also clear form history, and prevent future storage of all form history: See Control whether Firefox automatically fills in forms.
In case you are interested, storage of credit card numbers will be prevented in the next major version of Firefox (likely 4.0): https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=188285

You need to remove already saved forms data yourself. See Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox
