firefox does not offer to save or actually save open tabs on version 3.6.8

Every time I close Firefox, since the last version update, there is no pop-up window that offers to save all open tabs. Also, it does not save any open tabs on it's own either. I want to go back to the previous revision please, if the saving of tabs can not be updated correctly.

Tools > Options > General|Main > Startup: "When Firefox Starts": "Show my windows and tabs from last time"

Tools > Options > General|Main > Startup: "When Firefox Starts": "Show my home page"  "Show a blank page"

You can reset the warn prefs on the about:config page via the right-click context menu.
