Downloaded/saved Firefox 3.6 for Windows Vista. Tried to run setup, extracts file, then bring up a Run As dialog box which states "Tou may not have the necessary permissions to use all the features of the program you are about to run. You may run this program as a different user or continue torun the program as the current user." When either selecting current user or Administrator, the dialog box closes and nothing else happens.

You can try to start the installer as Administrator via the right-click context menu. That is not the same as being an administrator.
