I loaded Zinga Toolbar 2.7.1.3 and it shows up in add-ons but it does not load on my page. I am running Firefox 3.6.12 with windows 7, 64 bit and Microsoft Security Essentials

View > Toolbars = does that toolbar appear in that list, and is it check-marked?

When I go to view, Tool bars, it does not appear. When I go to Tools, Add-ons it does appear. I have tried this 3 times all with the same results. It says that it was downloaded and that I need to restart Firefox for it to take affect.

Delete the files extensions.* (extensions.rdf, extensions.cache, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry. New files will be created when required.

See "Corrupt extension files": http://kb.mozillazine.org/Unable_to_install_themes_or_extensions

If you see disabled extensions that are not compatible on the next start in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the "Find Updates" button to do a compatibility check

You may also need to "Reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults" on the Safe mode start window.
