Last night, about 5:00 pm cst I couldn't print from Mozilla!!!! For a year I've been printing docs in Ancestry.com with "Control A", highlighting , using "Control P" "Selection" and "Print". Starting last night, it will only "Save" to a file and I don't want that!!!! I want hard copy. What have I done? I don't know much about computers and can't think of anything I'd done to change from printing to saving. It happens only with Mozilla.....not MSN.

Do the following: Ctrl+P, then:

  • be sure "Print to file" is not checked.
  • be sure you have the correct printer selected in "Name"
