The phone has limited support. Mozilla has ARMv6 experimental builds that may work with your phone. They are nightly builds and will be called Fennec.

Yes the LG Ally is using a chip with the ARMv6 Architecture and part of ARM11 family. The good news is there was a update to Android 2.2 recently depending on your carrier.

The Firefox mobile releases support the ARMv7 as to why it is not working and if it is not in Android market then that is because hardware was not supported.
