My HD crashed and had to be replaced. They could not recover my bookmarks. If my bookmarks are stored in Firefox, how can I retrieve them?

The bookmarks are stored in a file called places.sqlite in the profile folder. If you can not access the old hard drive you will not be able to recover them. For details of the location of the profile folder see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox
