I recently downloaded internet explorer 9 from my firefox browser. I have already saved and executed this file but now, everytime I open firefox a window pops up saying, "Opening IE(-WindowsVista-x86-enu.exe You have chosen to open IE(-WindowsVista-x86-enu.exe which is a binary file from: http://download microsoft.com Would you like to save this file?" I see this every time I open firefox. How do I get rid of it?

Check the Homepage setting to be sure that you aren't opening a download page.
Firefox supports multiple home pages separated by '|' symbols.
