I am unable to download Mozilla Firefox. When I click on the shortcut on my desktop it opens to My Start or Adobe Flash Player, and not the internet. I have downloaded it many times and the result is always the same.

You can be getting a message about outdated Flash upon first install. You can update it here.

"Firefoxy start" is the default homepage of Firefox (http://www.google.com/firefox).

To set your own home page, you can click Tools, Options, General, and set your home page (more details).
