I'm having a problem getting the Amazon website to load correctly. It was like this for weeks, then last week it started working again. It was fine for about a week; then yesterday it stopped loading correctly again. The Amazon website won't load all images, and many features won't come up. Text comes up, but the images on the right side of the page are all missing, and some functions are not working. (Possibly) after a restart, the problem came back. I don't shutdown often.

I have cleared cookies, cache, history; and any other troubleshooting tip I've found at FireFox. I don't understand why the problem comes and goes. It only affects my home computer, leading me to believe I'm missing an software update somewhere. But what? Why did it work fine for a week and then stop working correctly again?

I still have this problem. It comes and goes at will on the Amazon site; but mostly doesn't work. I still have half pages of images. I can't post a review using Firefox because it won't bring up the 'stars', which must be assigned before the written portion of the review will post. I have to use another web browser when I want to go to the Amazon site. It's always to do with the graphics on that site.

There are a number of other people reporting the same problem. It must be some issue between Amazon and Firefox, but why does it only affect certain users, and why does it work sometimes and then stop again? I really hate not being able to use Firefox on Amazon, and having to stop and go to another browser to bring it up correctly.
