I used to be able to open new tabs in an existing window. I can not now. "ctl T" does not work, right click does not work. I have reinstalled the latest version. . . . Whaty else should i do?

That can a problem with the Ask.com toolbar (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions)

Great, Got it. THanks. it was the ASK Tool Bar that was causing the problem.
