Since loading Firefox 4 I cannot scroll down by using the scroll down button or using the right side of the pad ( I have a laptop). It is like they are deactivated. I need to use the arrow keys or move to the bottom right corner to scroll down. I don't like this. This puts a major bind on me. This should not have happened. Please fix it or I will be forced to go somewhere else. Ah hell, arrow keys won't work in this location. Only the corner. This is bullshit!

I have the same problem. When I installed Firefox 4 I can't scroll down anymore using the scrolling device on my touchpad. It worked perfectly with Firefox 3.x and everywhere else. When I tried using a cheap USB mouse then the scrolling did work with Firefox 4. I have something called "Syanptis TouchPad" which is causing the problem with the new Firefox. This of course means I immediately reinstalled an earlier version of Firefox.

Running on 64-bit Windows 7.

An unrelated problem with the new Firefox for me is that if you hit F6 it won't select the address bar anymore. That's just annoying.
