Hotmail DOES NOT WORK with Firefox 4; I've tried it on 3 different PCs / laptops, with both XP & Windows 7; same issue; it works for a while, then after a few minutes, the whole thing jams up & I just get the 'hand', but cannot open any e-mails or make anything work. Getting sick of this - will have to go back t0 IE! Re: the info below at 'installed plugins' - this relates to someone else's laptop, but it's the same issue on my desktop with Windows 7, & my own laptop with XP.

I use Hotmail to get emails from users who respond to suggestions I've made on this forum. I also have Win XP and FF4.0.1 and don't experience any problems with any of them.

What I suggest you do in the first instance is to run Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode. If it functions properly in that configuration, then one of your add-ons is the culprit.
